Calle Panakos, is currently serving as a Mental Health First Aid Training Specialist for CN Guidance & Counseling Services. Calle completed dual degrees from Empire State College and Purdue University with an accelerated Masters Degree in Behavioral Sciences/Human Services, and Criminal Justice. Calle’s mission and goal is to improve, enhance, and provide a better quality of life for individuals struggling with a severe mental illness as well as co-occurring disorders. Her passion is educating and encouraging individuals to discuss and identify their struggles, challenges, emotions and life experiences, by examining and exploring an array of issues which include substance abuse, anger management, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, schizophrenia, and managing stress and anxiety. Calle is success driven and provides positive outcomes for overall wellness and recovery.
