Erik Kent is the Co-Publisher, along with his wife Beth, of NJWedding.com, a wedding planning directory serving all of New Jersey and parts of NY and PA. NJWedding.com celebrated its 23rd year in 2020 and continues to be a leading web site in New Jersey to help engaged couples directly connect with local wedding venues and vendors. Erik & Beth met in 1990 at Rutgers University and graduated in 1992. They were married in 1994 and launched NJWedding.com on Valentine’s Day in 1997. They currently live in Belle Mead, New Jersey and have three children.

Co-founder of Destination Media, LLC, Jennifer Stein helped start Destination I Do in 2004 out of her own desire to have a wedding away from home and discovering there weren't any magazines covering the subject. Her background in publishing and her passion in weddings and travel, created the perfect synergy to report on all things destination wedding, honeymoon, and romance travel-related and to fill a gap in the wedding industry. Jennifer’s love of the beautiful cultures and colors around the world has been central in everything printed and shared through Destination I Do. The publication is the only destination wedding magazine found on U.S. newsstands in all 50 states and 12 countries around the world. It is one of only five national print products in the wedding category. Her goal is to bring readers helpful information to plan their weddings wherever it is in the world with whoever it is with - regardless of race or gender. Jennifer is recognized as one of the “Top 35 Entrepreneurs Under 35” and is an icon in both the wedding and travel industries.

Karen Bussen has been a leader in the celebration sphere for more than a decade. Her breadth of expertise has led to collaborations with celebrity chefs, media moguls, design institutions, and luminaries of business and Hollywood. Since 2011, Karen has been the exclusive designer and consultant for Palladium Hotels and Resorts’ Destination Weddings program. They are a Spanish-based global hospitality brand with properties in Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, and Mexico. She is the author of the Simple Stunning series of books: PARTIES AT HOME, WEDDINGS, BRIDE, FLOWERS, SHOWERS, & WEDDING ORGANIZER.

Kate Edmonds has over 25 years of experience producing timeless, dreamy weddings, and very special corporate and private events. She has been recognized by her peers and in press, TV, and radio appearances for her extensive vision and creativity tempered with a sharp eye for all the details. Kate is passionate about theater, music, dance, and photography. She is a foodie, loves a well-mixed cocktail, and sure knows her wines. Kate has an exceptional talent with color and design and collaborates well with the best in the business. She loves nothing more than selecting the finest team for each client's taste and budget range and then keeping everyone on track.

Sacha Harford has worked for over seventeen years as a makeup and hair stylist and groomer with producers, designers, advertisers, photographers, magazines and celebrities. She started a career as a model in New York City and a freelance makeup artist for Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. She has worked for every major makeup company including: Nars, Stila, Mac, Makeup Forever, Armani, Laura Mercier, and Lorac. Years of experience as a makeup artist led Sacha to learning hair styling while working on sets. She received her license in cosmetology from Carsten Aveda Institute in NYC and completed an apprenticeship at the Yves Durif Salon at the world-renown Carlyle Hotel.

Danielle & Andrew met in high school starting a hobby of cosmic bowling every Friday night, attended concerts, and went to bars as great friends. In 2019, after two years of dating, they decided to buy a house together. The weekend prior to the pandemic, they took a trip to Lake Placid, NY. The proposal happened on an icy hike up Mount Baker. They celebrated a weekend of love together. After almost four years together, they cannot wait to tie the knot and start their happily ever after!

Kaitlin and Paul met at their company picnic in the summer of 2019 and went on their first date in January 2020 to see a Star Wars movie. Little did they know this would be the last first date for either of them. They continued to date until the pandemic forced them to spend every day together working and laughing. Paul knew he was falling in love and wanted to spend the rest of their lives together. For the proposal, Paul laid love notes all over their bed with a light-up rose he gave Kaitlin on Valentine's Day. Paul had their son stand on their bed holding the most important poem he would ever write. He got down on one knee and asked her to be his wife. Despite all the hurdles the pandemic caused, it brought them closer together. Kaitlin said yes and they cannot wait to spend the rest of their lives together.

Neoma and Richard met at Mississippi State University with a mutual love for Japanese culture and language. They became great friends but never went further until Neoma surprised Richard with a kiss one night. They started officially dating in March of 2017 but fell in love with each other in December of 2016. In August 2019, they moved to Connecticut, beginning a new chapter in their lives living together. Richard proposed on May 17, 2020 during the pandemic.
